Ambitious and fast-paced (for its size), but EXTREMELY political organisation - Anonymous employee DSV Employee Review

An extremely political organisation - I've never experienced more biggering and internal fights than at DSV. A lot of blame-gaming, my team and our stakeholders would constantly make sure that if things went south, the target wouldn't be on us by always covering our backs with pressuring for official sign-offs, recording meetings, and getting approvals of meeting notes. I worked with toxic superstars who couldn't delegate, who wanted to plan, dictate, and micromanage every single task instead of enabling the team.
