Pros

Can’t really think of anything

Cons

This company acquired our company, Bailey 44. They have no money and when California had implemented the stay at home order the entire company was furloughed. Upon furlough the entire team was ONLY paid their last paycheck and NOT given accrued PTO payments upon furlough. This is a violation of California law and this was paid weeks after with zero communication from the new owners. On March 13, the new CEO held an all hands stating there would be no layoffs - another lie. However, the new ownership had the audacity to ask several employees to “work in good faith” as that would “go a long way in securing your job post COVID”. Clearly no idea of what the law is and they lack any morals at all.

Pros

Free parking. Wine and beer provided.

Cons

DSTLD formerly known as 20JEANS is a revolving door of graphic designers and art directors. Employees have been asked to not to cash in their paychecks right away. Thin walls means overhearing uncomfortable meetings with unpaid manufacturers. Management needs more respect for people. The CEO was making fun of one tech investor who gave 10k. Personally sat in one team meeting of the investor deck where the sales numbers were fluffed up with tax included to appear more enticing.
