Pros
You'd have to be really, really bad to get fired. People can work their entire lives at DST Output. You can make a lot of friends.
Cons
Too few people to do the work, so it's really hard to do your job good. The place is stuck in the past and is extremeley antiquated. It's a good old boys club where favoritism and nepotism is played. Their technology and processes are really outdated. They don't really seem to care about the customers. It's a place where just good enough rules. They used to care about the employees - now we are just "resources".
