-management will not take on new ideas -hires new people with fresh perspective but doesn’t listen, always an excuse never an open mind -when new people challenge 20 year old methods that are outdated they are shunned -certain people are protected no matter how many mistakes they make, while everyone else gets their hands slapped for things that are in consequential -certain people make mistakes repetitively and are not asked to improved and management gives them a blind eye -senior buyer defined by time at company rather than the rest of the world who defines it by work experience regardless if it’s been at other companies -certain management thinks they are better than the people beneath them and struggled to build personal relationships with their team members resulting in poor culture -good people leave to where new ideas can prosper, where upward movement is actually feasible
