I love working for DSA. The management team really cares about the employees engagement in the business, as well as their personal happiness and growth. The company provides great equipment and tools to perform our jobs. Constant efforts are made to improve the service to it's clients. If the company makes a mistake, they do their best to acknowledge it and take whatever actions are necessary to correct it. The pay structure is competitive . I am very happy to be employed by DSA Technologies.

I don't really have any Cons that come to mind for this review.

Opportunity to work independently and make as much of a contribution as you'd like. Unlimited scope and range of technologies with which to develop proficiency or even expertise. The work environment is friendly and mostly supportive. There is very little bureaucracy. Management is flat and fairly approachable.

Very little direction or formal management. Self-managing to a fault. Little opportunity for job change within the firm due to size and lack of structure. Job reviews and salary increases are infrequent, if at all. Management changes seem to be on a whim rather than part of a larger plan.
