- Hostile Work Environment
- As a contractor they will double your work load so you can't even focus on the role you were contracted for
- Management uses intimidation practices
- Skeptical of you for calling out sick or even a family emergency

Thank you so much for your review. We love to hear from current employees and appreciate your dedication and service to the company and our clients. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your manager or Human Resources if you ever need anything!
With how toxic and hostile the work culture is toward regular employees, there are none at all.
Cons
Working for DRT Strategies felt like a nightmare from start to finish. The company shows clear disregard for employees, treating people as disposable resources meant to be used and discarded without care. Employees are burdened with unrealistic expectations, repeatedly set up to fail, and then blamed for every issue regardless of circumstance.
