Pros

DRRT’s work environment is positive, friendly and family oriented. They care for both the company development but also ensures that its employees grow with them. DRRT management team encourages you to advance personally and professionally. They are always ready to help you and give you valuable advices. DRRT truly care about their employees and always are there to support you. DRRT is more than just a job for me, it is a family. To be able to come to the office happy and motivated has no price. DRRT encourages diversity. Everybody’s background and culture is different and this makes it very interesting to learn one from another. At DRRT you are never left out, management team ensures each of us feels comfortable. Everyone gets involved in team activities and projects work-related as well as team-building activities. DRRT benefits cannot be compared with no other company. I am proud to say that the opportunity that this company offers is like no other. They offer many great benefits such as medical, visual, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, additional vacation days during the holidays, company retreats and as well as other events, yearly recognition for your work every year and much more!

Cons

DRRT is a continuing growing company and with new additions (spaces/new technology/new procedures). There can be times when something does not work as planned but this is part of any growing company. Once initial issues are been fixed, things always runs smoothly.
