      Pros

      The company is better for handling live data of trading performing operations in Excel, using experience

      Cons

      They can fire you at any time without any reason. Even while working for years. It is management decision who will stay in company. It is not good for employees to work for long term. It has policy as hire and fire. Only 12 PTO per year. Those are not sufficient. Pay scale is not as per industry. Too much office politics.

      The non-partner/non-executive employees are an easygoing, diverse group Rigid hours, so you always end the day at a decent time

      Cons

      Bad compensation Bad management Harassing and unreasonable HR, brings down morale You have to clock in and out They try to buy you with free meals
