Pros
1. Management maintains good relationship with the employees. 2. Salary on time and is never delayed. 3. Quick start on GC processing 4. Management is very helpful in finding the project 5. Organizes team outing. 6. True in whatever they do and they are very helpful. CEO is very trustworthy, follows through his promises.
Cons
I don't think of anything to mention. I wish there were more clients but good thing is that they have many in house projects from which people can gain good experience.
