Poor management, never learned from the past. - Software Engineer DREST Employee Review

- Poor engineering process. - Lack of good leadership. - Not so competitive salary & benefits compare to other jobs in UK market. - The management decided to lay off some of developers, not by their performance, but probably financial situation. Company claimed that the reason was to make sure they can improve the product delivery. However, it's clear that this is an excuses, because it's not make sense at all by letting employees who directly working on it goes. When question got asked, they're very defensive. - The company made wrong move in past several years, and still doing it.
