The only so-called positive is that the company was acquired by Infibeam, but even that has brought no real change in work culture or opportunities.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from DRC Systems. HR & Management: Both HR and management are extremely unprofessional. They consistently mislead employees and new joiners with false promises and lies. Transparency does not exist here. Sales Team & Projects: The sales team has been ineffective for years. In fact, for the last 4 years the company has not secured any real projects — it’s a mystery how they are still surviving. Job Security: There is absolutely no job security. Once a project is completed, employees are quickly laid off. Your hard work means nothing to them. Treatment of Interns/Trainees: They lure interns with commitments of growth and future opportunities, but it’s all fake promises. Interns are only used to make the company look good from the outside, while in reality, there is no career path or future with them. Layoffs: Layoffs are handled without dignity or support. They treat employees as disposable. 👉 Before considering this company, please talk to ex-employees — you will hear the same truth. ⚠️ DRC Systems is one of the worst places to work. Never recommended. This company thrives on dishonesty, lack of vision, and complete disregard for employees’ careers.
