We are working communications hard, especially between groups. We have invested in our business development program to give the company to give us multiple avenues of opportunities for growth. This will increase the corporate robustness.
Felt like a team, room for progression, overall a good company.
Cons
401 doesn't match right away

Pros
DPRA is a small company and each office feels like a small family. Senior management communicates effectively with their employees and knows just about everyone that works under them. Also, the benefits here are great.
Cons
DPRA relies heavily on government contracts which might be their own downfall. Also, not too sure if the company will exist in the long term. Senior management seems to want to cash out of the company.

We are diversifying out contracts, expanding our capabilities (e.g just certified as CMMI level 3) and growth is our primary objective.
