      The company really wanted to support and train its entry level project engineers. They prided themselves in retention because they cared about their employees.

      Cons

      It wasn't the right line of work for me. When I left they were very gracious and my boss said I could come back if I liked.

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
