Pros

Great people passionately working long hours. Work hard play hard mentality Good benefits Vehicle and gas compensation

Cons

Leaders are mostly arrogant know-it-alls that dont take positive criticism Some employees are white supremacist with swastica tattoos Leaders will constantly laugh in meetings about how profitable their self perform work group is, and how they just feed their self perfom group the number they need to be at to win the job Company leaders in SoCal Irvine/Pasadena office lack Core Values Company is not honest with the subcontractors they use and mostly just use their bids as a check number Employee development is disgraceful, it is used as a carrot on a stick to keep employees thinking more money will come soon. I have seen many young talented individuals leave because of this, and this is the number one reason for them to leave. Company is disorganized and lacks structure. Everyone does everything, and not everyone follows the flowchart on how leadership is supposed to flow, with what roles and responsibilities are to take place. It sounds nice at first but being here for many years this lack of structure is not good. The titleless company rule they have is a way for the company to award an endless barrage of work. Example: if you are a project manager, they will have you do some FOC/Engineering/Accounting and estimating work as they believe title-less company dictates you have to be flexible and do all jobs with no additional pay. Caught the managers using funds to pay for their sport events, even though they have an agreement with the customer to only charge materials and labor. Bonuses are weak. 401k only pays 50% of up to 6% its not great.

Pros

Great company culture and events

Cons

Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
