Pros

Local offices have different cultures., mostly depending on the local leadership. Very forward looking and open to accept innovation. Entertainment is part of culture.

Cons

Unless its a silicon valley client, projects are understaffed to keep bids competitive, this seems to be Texas culture. Lots of technology initiatives happening at one time confuses the boots on ground doing work. Salaries are below market rates.

DPR empowers its teams with trust and autonomy while still providing the resources needed to succeed. There’s also a strong focus on innovation, safety, and doing things the right way, which makes the work feel meaningful.
