      Pros

      Room to advance as long as you knew the right people. Not so much what you know, but who. Fantastic environment.

      Cons

      Unless salaried such as a superintendent or PM, the company will not pay any per diem.They wanted me to relocate out of state without any assistance, hence the reason I'm not longer with the company.

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
