      Some good folks. Some good ideas. Pays well.

      Very poorly treated. Tense. Adding cost to subcontractors, which makes DPR less competitive, and much harder to create good working relationships

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
