As a current employee, the colleagues are amazing and remunaration is within market standards

Terrible working culture prompted from above Micromanagement by the new MD in all departments. Unfair dismals and allegations in the name of not performing prompted by Judy Waruiru. We get good leaders and she chases them away. Being in DPO for 4 years now; The new MD is very unprofessional compared to other leaders we have recently had. Several times she embarasses her Executive team infront of Juniors during meetings. Nothing seems to be moving with new products
