      CMO talks a good game

      Cons

      Nepotism run wild. Spouses working in the same department, people in their 20s with no real marketing experience running the show because they're related to the boss, and if these kids don't like you personally, or don't think your work is valuable, you're out. One of those jobs where leaving feels fantastic.
