Executive Management is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. No direction, they use fear tactics to motivate because they don’t know better. Chasing carrots like a rabbit on a stick just to put food on your table. Boiler room call expectations Complex product suite Office is loud and has no diversity. It was just one gender, one race when I worked there
