Required to do co-workers duties excessively, refusal of co-workers to do some emergency services such as in the restroom as if beneath them but not me. Co-workers not understanding individual vs team responsibilities and flow chart of protocol, what PIC duties were. There were four job titles of duties at a branch, each trained with specific responsibilities solely for that position, usually not crossing. Mature and responsible persons whom didn't need supervision but assistance with problems when they arose.
