      Pros

      Great place to learn and build for scale. Its not D2C per se but the product still has to scale for millions of data points and the ownership you get is phenomenal. This org functions at a really high trust level.

      Cons

      org structure kept changing not that it affected much to an engineer but it does cause problem

      Work life balance is okay and good employees

      Cons

      - Not an engineering company - Strict working hours or get a loss of pay - Food is not good - High attrition
