      Own boss (to a degree) Lots of work every day

      Cons

      Pay isn't as advertised 50k-60k (before van costs and fuel) Management will trample drivers for their end of year bonus Stand down days if you don't do management (a small favour) Lack of organisation and pre-planning from management Management turnover due to scandals and underhanded style behaviour Treated as 100% replaceable and just a number

      good pay, good canteen, good managers, nice environment, big parking space, many vending machines, a lot of toilets, nice scanner, light packages

      Cons

      last people, poor transport, it stinks, too much of the people telling you not to do something, at first I couldn't i understand, but then I became even more angry
