      Pros

      Good people! Management and Staff. Experienced individuals have a lot to offer the company and are all respected. Everyone's input is heard and considered. Group meetings and brainstorming sessions are the norm.

      Cons

      Small place, only 12 employees in Roseland, NJ so this may not be for everyone.

      Love my job. Laid back environment. Friendly Co-Workers. Annual Recognition.

      Cons

      Commute can be tough on some days but worth it if you love your job!

      Pros

      Good co-workers here and overseas; no HR; everyone seems open. Go out to the bar with co-workers and swap stories. Flat structure in US (good and bad). CEO is brilliant and full of knowledge.You will learn lots.

      Cons

      Technology is very old. Most productions are outsourced to Philippines; russia; wherever. turnover rate (~20%); recent resignation of President. No real structure in US. Too much structure in Philippines. CEO has to be right. If not you might not get bonus.
