Pros

Hybrid role, I like my new boss, good learning experiene, nice office.

Cons

Hybrid is 1 day at home 4 in. They did bait and switch. Offered free healthcare then started to charge and make you pay your 6k out of pocket in HSA. Then the next you they took away bonuses for freight forwarding. So I'm 2 years in naking more but bringing home less. They do not respect workers and dont want work live balances. They are putting the horse behind cart being built. No one knows what they are doing in FF. IT fixes something and creates more problems. Former CEO was involved with Epstien and is still a contractor with the company. Hopefully no more layoffs will happen.
