PTO policy sucks - Legal Assistant DOXA Employee Review

PTO policy sucks. I understand the policy for monthly accrual especially for new hires starting from regularization date. But after that, it resets to 0 at the start of the year. So important life milestones at the start of the year that needs time off will be unpaid.
