      Pros

      Had a great leadership team and energizing, engaged CEO. Overall lost a star due to shifts in culture related to recent sale of company. Hard to rate due to this relatively recent change. Would have to say was great, now trending down.

      Cons

      Lost some really talented executive leaders immediately after the sale. Makes one question the timing in relation to the new CEO onboarding. Expect a lot of turmoil associated with the integration and pressure for growth. New leadership comes across as unapproachable and over confident. Lyle is no longer CEO, rating below is based on observations of new CEO.

      Initial interview went well. Good follow up and reminders from initial recruiter.

      Will be putting this review on Alpine Intel as well because this is one of those companies who rebranded instead of making substantive changes to a flawed business model.
