They live the "do the right thing even when no one is looking" creedo. Management is approachable Everyone in my department gets along well The owner offered to bring every employee, AND their spouse/Sig other the HQ, for a BBQ, and covered the hotel too. And he's gonna do it again for a Christmas party! Yes, he does care about his employees. The work is fulfilling The company is doing things that the competition is not
Cons
Some friction between some departments, not a lot, but its there. 401k is so-so, but that seems typical these days The company is still small enough that advancement within is not common
