Not completely terrible, but also not great - Anonymous employee DONAN Employee Review

The corporate office was somewhat of a depressing place, especially in certain departments. There is a serious lack of opportunity for good workers to advance. Beyond moving up, there was also very little opportunity for gaining new skills. They sell themselves to potential employees as being a "business family," but I never felt fully comfortable or trusting of the company as an employer. There was a fair share of office politics that I felt too strongly influenced the work environment.
