- Poor retention with good employees who truly make a difference
- Very HIGH turnover in almost all departments, which is symptomatic of weak management
- Executive Leadership teams prefer to be surrounded by "Yes, Sir" individuals that go along with whatever ideas are proposed. Questioning business plans or introducing better ways of accomplishing tasks are frowned upon.
- The company is extremely cliquish. If you aren't involved with the "in crowd" you don't exist.
- Job security with this organization is unstable. I've seen people come in for a day of work, only to find out that they have been fired and have to pack up their cubicle and leave. No one that I've worked with feels secure in their role at Donan and have expressed concern.
- Executive Leadership team has made many snide remarks about the CEO, Lyle Donan questioning his capability as a leader. Oftentimes, I've wondered what he would think if he knew what his own team says about him.
- Diversity is not something you'll find at Donan, they prefer cookie cutter individuals
