      Pros

      Paid time off and health benefits are good. Executives are friendly and available to office staff. Strong company values.

      Cons

      Office politics burns out employees quickly. Toxic work environment. Middle management hires very capable individuals with a wide range of knowledge and experience, but will not listen to input or expertise. Lots of playing favorites. No raises, no promotions.

      Pros

      Great employee comradery. Largest privately owned print shop in Northern California with a broad range of technical skill and available options for clients to expand their profitability. 3 locations to serve their clientele, as well as, a 3PL warehouse for pick, pack, and ship options.

      Cons

      Long hours. Commuting between locations.
