Pros

Coworkers were great! You can definitely find a couple people to make the job a little better.

Cons

Just about everything else is a con, especially management. Each department has a "manager," but they don'the exactly know how to do so. The CEO acts like a child on all fronts. Smart man, but can't really get it together. If you like being berated and yelled at in front of groups or people then this is where you want to be. Rules by fear not respect. Pay- not great unless you want to start out under 30k and not anything more in the near future.

We're sorry that this associate feels this way about their experience at DOM360. We are a fast-paced company that prides itself on hiring the best people, and giving employees plenty of opportunities for advancement within the organization. As the company steadily grows, we are happy to reward dedicated employees with promotions and pay increases commensurate with their experience and quality of work. The nature of our business requires quick thinking and multi-tasking which may not suit all personality types.

Pros

After 18 years of DOM360 it is easy for me to bring an owners perspective. DOM360 is a challenging place to work and it is definitely not for everyone. DOM360 combines two of the hardest industries: automotive and advertising. The reward for this is work experience and repetition. It is not uncommon for a new employee to work through the ranks all the way to account director which provides a very lucrative salary range.

Cons

The hours can be long, so can the stress. As the car business changes so do we. Our clients can be very demanding during tough market conditions. Some employees accept this as a challenge, some do not and move on.
