      Pros

      Great, unique people who all work hard. Some smart people who are keen to continuously improve. Fantastic benefits package. Willing to take a small hit to the bottom line to make sure it's done safely and right. It shows they like their employees. Open atmosphere.

      Cons

      Sometimes Norwegian (corporate) policies that are mandated company-wide aren't intuitive to those working in other regions.

      Pros

      Kept most employees working for the first quarter of 2016, then dropped off to keep managers working. Benefits seem a bit better than most companies out there.

      Cons

      When looking for rotations and work assignments, office personnel don't answer emails or phone calls. At least one employee didn't know he was laid off until he tried to check his email account and it was locked out.
