Pros

Nice colleagues locally A fairly young staff Home Office (Not officially in every department but its tolerated) A fairly good work-life-balance as people do not put in too much anymore and no one really cares if staff is sitting at its desk or not Working with lots of different cultures is great

Cons

Conceptless Management Board Unrealistic Business Targets (Connecting 5 billion people globally) Highly unprofessional HR and therefore: A catastrophic and unprofessional internal top down communication only High Turnover of Staff Dubios mobile subscription businesses Bad press and therefore a pretty bad image

Pros

Great company! Awesome culture, amazing benefits, transparent management and the work itself is a lot of fun! Mobile apps! Excellent work/personal life balance, casual dress code, good medical and dental benefits, smart senior management, summer fridays, company lunches, etc.

Cons

Because of the nature of the mobile app environment the company has to quickly adapt to change.

Pros

The company culture is OK, inoffensive but just OK. They kept most of the perks of the old company I worked for in place until they moved operations to the East Coast.

Cons

Buongiorno is a multi-national and management sees employees more as a resource than as people. There's no cohesive business strategy.
