Working at DOC Services has been such a great experience! The culture is super positive, and you really feel like part of a team. Leadership is supportive, approachable, and actually listens to feedback, which is so refreshing. There are tons of opportunities to grow here. Whether it’s through training, mentoring, or just taking on new challenges, everyone wants to help you succeed. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s awesome to feel appreciated. The team culture is great—everyone is collaborative and willing to help each other out and I truly enjoy coming to work every day!

Laid back, good amount of drive time, pretty decent pay, decent benefits.

Management, local management, doing truck inventory is beyond a broken system, admin time they charge their techs, anything needed to be done to your service vehicle on company time is admin time which drops your pay down to $13/hr. They take an hr a day from you plus .25 hr for admin time. You will be starved and I do mean starved out of work from October - April/May. They are sloooooow. You go to a PM and find things wrong, submit the info and they give your quoted work to other techs while you sit home during the slow time of the year. Multiple “original techs” stay busy and working, while the brewer techs are starved of work and practically forced to quit. Local DSM talks down to you, and makes you feel like an idiot.
