Pros
Everybody is friendly and helpful and there is literally no paperwork to be done
They invest in your learning and are willing to promote you.
They care about how you feel about the project, does it suit you, and if you want to change something.
In terms of work-life balance, they actually encourage you to take breaks and to work no longer than 8h.
Cons
Few people come to the office because it's kinda far from the city center which is a shame, it's nice to socialize a bit - there are lots of integration meetings tho.
