      It was close to home for me.

      Cons

      In the interview, we negotiated a raise after 90 days and we discussed paid time off. We came to agreeance so I quit my job and started there the next week. After I quit my job and started working there, they told me employees don't get PTO the first year and at 90 days they said they couldn't do the raise we agreed on. They lied and manipulated the entire time I worked there. Besides the web development team, no one has been there longer than 5 months. That’s a red flag I should have paid attention to. BEWARE!!!

      Like the previous review I have to agree that both of the owners have no idea how to run a healthy business for employees. One of the owners has little to no knowledge of the services DNT Media offers, which causes incredibly tight deadlines and a high stress environment. They expect you to do more than what they pay you and expect you to stay overtime without pay. You get little to no time off and when you do take time off, they expect you to be on call. There is little to no communication when you do make a mistake, choosing to just do it themselves and yell about it to each other in their office. So in the end you are left not being able to show that you are able to learn from your mistakes and fix it.
