Pros
wages are competitive - benefits are good - great people to work with - when it's busy you really need to hustle other wise pretty relaxed
Cons
A lot of people are placed into positions they didn't really earn but were promoted there because of who they knew and not what they did. It didn't matter how many weekends you gave up to help out - it only matters how many coffee's you have bought me in the past/future
