Pros

The CEO is a lovely man, very knowledgeable and approachable, open door policy. Pension Scheme Training provided and paid for when needed. Friendly colleagues

Cons

- COO has a major attitude problem when it comes to dealing with staff (the charming demeanor wears off fast), this creates a really toxic atmosphere to be working in. - Theres no clear roadmap for career advancement - Very loud and stressful atmosphere in the office - Not enough staff to cover the workload - COO responds by saying not enough work is being done to justify more staff.

Glad you enjoy the flexibility that we offer to our team. Our people are our biggest asset and we understand the importance of work-life balance so we’re always happy to accommodate where possible! We’d like to think we stay up to date with industry standards regarding salaries/raises and career advancement - and such issues are addressed in appraisals.

Pros

- parking - position title (Yes you will get a nice title on your CV, but your work will not reflect that)

Cons

- No interest in developing people skills. - No clear career path, objectives or KPI's - Annual bonus percentage is based on a dice rolls - Company will never grow due to lack of focus on particular technologies - Atmosphere in the company becomes tense from time to time - CTO can be a bully if you disagree with him - Reactive (instead of a proactive) support - Management make decisions on aspects out of their scope of knowledge - Company promotes nepotism - Management doesn't care about employees, all they care about is signing new business with companies, and deliver objectives as fast as possible. - Company size is exaggerated (NA office doesn't exist) - CEO doesn't react on employees feedback - Office location isn't great, lack of bus routes, shops. - Equipment is old and not great (replace coffee machine!!!) - Strongly defined structure at the top I am not recommending this place to anyone, unless you're interested in a career suicide.

Our blue chip international customers describe us as ‘Trusted Advisors and Dependable’, our Partners (Amazon, Oracle, Microsoft) commend us on our work and on our investment in certification at the various levels of our team, in the areas of Cloud and Analytics. We are 1 of 2 partners in Ireland awarded the MSP certification in AWS and soon to be Oracle. Our culture is dynamic and innovative to suit a transient market – we appreciate it’s not a fit for everyone as the speed technology moves quickly, it can be a challenge for those with different backgrounds. In our quest for making DNM a meaningful work place, over the last 6 months we engaged in an Employee Engagement Initiative – we deployed tools and methods to capture feedback to continually adjust management practices while improving the work environment. One of the tools we use is an independent survey platform (TinyPulse), and has us at a score of 7 (benchmark 7.5) on how happy you are at work, but more importantly 7 (bench mark 7.2) on how valued you feel at work. With still some work to do, we are improving all the time. Testament to this is that we recently had two DNM leavers re-join.
