      Small company so you get to learn and take on different responsibilities. Tight knit work culture.

      Cons

      You are expected to take on a lot of work and not complain. Managment can be very rigid at times. Work life balance not always the best.

      Pros

      DNIF Hypercloud's technology is groundbreaking. It is easy to articulate our competitive advantage to stakeholders in a very crowded market. Zero politics, everyone works together. Mistakes are welcome, therefore challenges are tackled fast. Even with the majority of employees in India, they support my customer calls in the middle of the night without hesitation. Truly great group, great tech. DNIF is going places fast.
