      a great company excellent pay and bonus structure, and all round excellent opportunity to progress aswell.

      i honestly carnt give any cons i have been with company now 6 years and love every minute.

      Pros

      Pick your own days to work. Lots of jobs through the summer. Get to leave early 90% of the time.

      Cons

      Not much work in winter. No guarantee of receiving jobs. Often very late / early shift times.
