      The team is young and very eager to do good

      The board is ridiculous, they make us work until 12 am, don't pay for night supplements or shift supplements

      Work is not dull in the sense that there are no two equal days.

      Cons

      "Family" culture - only the toxic parts of a family. Overworked, underpayed Have to work 2 Saturdays/month, and it's mandatory
