They fire you and then refuse to pay what they owe you. They lie and claim the company is going bankrupt just to avoid paying, yet they continue operating normally and have not started any legal bankruptcy proceedings. This is a tactic to pressure you into accepting a minimal payout instead of the full amount you're legally entitled to. Do not accept anything — go to court and demand 100% of what you're owed. Some employees have even been threatened or forced to resign so the company doesn’t have to pay severance. These people are scammers — run. Do not do business with them. This isn’t the first company they’ve “bankrupted.” They’ve done it multiple times — spending people’s money on travel, luxury, houses, Bitcoin — and then refuse to pay what they owe.
