Pros

PTO and insurance is decent.

Cons

Horrible management, leadership and HR. From CEO, Managers to Dept. Heads, the worst communication and ability to critique themselves and the toxic work culture they have created I have ever seen. I stayed until I came in one day and realized how miserable the management made me feel and dread just going to work. The CEO and Sales Dept. have crafted a one way communication flow and refuse to hear anything that they do not want to hear. NOT a long term job if that is what you are looking for.

Pros

The people you work with directly are fantastic. Everyone is dedicated, supportive, and truly works hard to help each other succeed. The overall company culture among regular staff is positive and collaborative.

Cons

Upper management seems disconnected from the day-to-day operations and lacks clear direction. The C-suite, in particular, often comes across as rude and indifferent to the concerns of the employees. There's a general feeling that the company is overstaffed, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of focus. The CEO appears unqualified for the position, which has led to a lack of strategic vision for the company's future.
