Pros

People are optimistic. When hiring demonstrates they care about diversity and inclusion

Cons

When interviewing they don’t explain the job to the fullest. You’re going to be soliciting. They promise growth but you’ll never be over soliciting. They go B2B but don’t even have permits to do so, which leads to being kicked out of places. Inside they do practice covid procedures but their whole business MO is not covid friendly. If you don’t mind being in the sun, cold, approaching people and getting rejected a lot, then you can handle it.

none, none, none, again please stay away

Cons

I worked there for one day, and as soon as I realized that it was a pyramid scam I never returned. I had to solicit very cheap products such as soap and a poorly made wallet, we did long walks, and a lot of times no sales. On that day, we stopped at the car repair place and I hurt myself on one of the instruments used to fix cars, of course, management did not say anything about it - at this point, I also realized that this job could be dangerous as well. Not to mention the anger of the people who do not want you to sell them the crappy stuff, it was extremely demeaning. Once you head back into the office you spend after-work hours analyzing what you did wrong, and how to improve it next time. The managers are going to tell you that this crappy "selling" job is not for too long, that in a couple of months, you will be a manager, and then a CEO - this is lies! This is how those pyramid schemes get you. This is not worth it, your health, safety, and respect matter, please stay away from this place.
