      Cannot think of any. I wasted 3 months for nothing.

      Cons

      Very poor prospecting lists. I wasted 3 months with old lists that wasted a lot of time. 90% of the lists were made up of people in the insurance business who had no interest in investments.

      Independent work, powerful vision, amazing learning through experience "trial by fire"

      Cons

      Not many, besides the fact that the business is out of the way and usually an hour to get to, its a great place to be.
