      Pros

      Diversity here is amazing, they always embrace their core values and what company ever does that? Plenty of opportunity for growth if you want it, and they mainly hire from within. Amazing management team, super fun work environment focused on teamwork and a work-life balance!

      Cons

      If you are not interested in cold calling, this is probably not for you. However, there are other positions available at times.

      Pros

      Not very many. Pay was only good because they didn't understand the piece-rate system that was in place prior and just gave everyone a high average. New employees did not get this.

      Cons

      They came in after agreeing to a contract with Xerox and tried to change the culture of the place. Managers were very rude and acted like they knew everything. One even accused me of being full of myself. To say that was insulting seeing I'm a very laid back guy and get along with everyone.
