Pros
Learning is constant. Though there's not a ton of training opportunity, there is more than enough to learn in the field, whether you've been doing this for a week or 20+ years.
Cons
The Japanese run this place. If you have kids and you want to be there for firsts, don't count on it working here. Work comes first in the culture and if you want to look good or impress, work needs to come first.
