      Pros

      when I have school projects or exams coming up, my manager will let me figure out a better schedule during certain days.

      Cons

      Since I am an international student, main challenge about this job is how to break the ice with customers and chat with them instead of making sales from them directly. I did learn a lot more conversational English through the intern experience
