My favorite aspect is the positive, energetic team environment with so many activities and bonding moments. I’ve been on so many fun roadtrips and networking opportunities and the owner/team builders truly care about you and your goals. Great training and skill development with recognition for hard work and performance. DMC Atlanta has Incredible mentors and leaders that genuinely care about your growth and will make the time and effort for those that do the same.

It can be time consuming depending on what you’re looking to do and where your priorities are but that depends on you and what you want in life

I really enjoy the work environment and the team culture. We do something as a team every week outside the office which is super fun. The CEO, Adam, takes care of his employees and cares about their professional and personal well being. Management is a huge factor for me in deciding where I work and I feel like it's hard to find a boss who genuinely cares about their employees. He also holds people accountable. All my coworkers are so high energy and positive, it brightens my day to come into work. Great work life balance.
